Shaam -e- gham kuch
us nigahai naaz ki batain karo
Bekhudi badti chali hai raaz ki batain karo
Ye sukutai naaz ye dil
ki ragoan ka tootna
Khamoshi main kuch shikastai saaz ki batain karo
Nikhatai zulfain parishan
dastanai shaam - e - gham
Subha honai tak isee andaaz ki batain karo
Kuchh kafas ki teelion
sai chhan raha hai noor sa
Kuchh faza kuch hasaratain parwaaz ki batain karo
I am restlessness this evening. Come and talk with me about matters of the
heart. Even conversation about my love is intoxicating for me.
These are the things I want to talk about this evening.
The silence around me is
so overpowering that I can hear the sound of my heart breaking gradually.
These are the things I want to talk about this evening.
I want to talk all night
about the agony of separation from my lover until the break of dawn.
These are the things I want to talk about this evening.
Moonlight escapes from
behind a cloud, like my unfulfilled desires escape from my heart.
These are the things I want to talk about this evening.
